All wool felt comes in the order it is listed in the description, or in the order you list in the memo box, for easy identification.

When ordering more than 1 sheet of wool felt it may come in a continuous sheet.

Shipping is actual. IF you paid too much. I will refund the difference, when it is over $2

Felt Shipments can become quite heavy, very quickly, especially when you are combining listings. All initial shipping charges are APPROXIMATE. Extra shipping charges may be required, in that case,  I will invoice you for additional charges.

I may make substitutions in Bundles, if colors are out of stock.  If items are out of stock that you choose, I will email you immediately for substitutions.

Sorry, Due to the nature of the product I do not do exchanges or refunds. I will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product. Any items sent back will have a 30% restocking fee. There are NO refunds on first initial shipping.
